I've been in real estate for 8 years now and heard about this guy many times, with his out there marketing and larger than life persona, after following him on facebook I decided to purchase his book. Having read many dozens of real estate books from several well known Australian agents I was expecting more of the same mantras, cliches and same tired old stories. Instead got a highly refreshing first hand account the trials and tribulations of entering the real estate business that in many respects captured some of the essence of my first few years, the struggles and the crap Ive had to go through, many moments found myself going "yeah I can relate to that" plenty of nuggets of great advice for new and even veteran agents and a reminder to that work and survive in our business it's predominantly about attitude, people and being genuine!.Highly recommended to anyone in real estate, even if you think you know everything there is something here for you and if you're like me, it was definitely a motivating kick in the a** for me!

Great read. Honest with no sugarcoating

What a raw and powerful read!!! Shows that with hard work and dedication you can do anything and overcome anything. A must read for those who have ever struggled in life.
I highly reccomend purchasing this book - it is so real, with real life experiences of someone who has turned his life completly around from what mnay people never could. Very inspirational and it hit's the nail on the head - whether youre in real estate or a different career this book is definately worth the read!
I absolutely love this book, it has inspired me to not only help me in my real estate career, it has also helped me in the way I live my life. The experiences and realisations that Daniel has wrote in this book has given me the tools to help me push through some of my fears and start creating the real estate career and life I want.
Honest and straight to the point with no bulls--t. This book is raw and you can tell it has not been filtered by editor after editor. Its from Daniel to you which makes its so enjoyable to read and insanely hard to put down. An inspirational TRUE story that once again enforces that with hard work, determination and hunger anything is possible and that you also don't need to be born with a silver spoon and have a Harvard education to achieve your dreams. You will not regret purchasing this book!
They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks, however my whole team (some with more than 12 years industry experience) have ready this book and found it relevant, raw, honest and very accurate. Daniel's writing style is captivating from the first paragraph right to the very end and I would highly recommend it to anyone who has interest in being a successful real estate agent, irrespective of your experience. Daniel Hayes doesn't write about the usual "ideologies" and BS about what it takes to be successful in the competitive real estate industry - it is to the point and written by someone who has been there and done it all. This book is a must read.
